Herd Wool is a traceable 100% Bluefaced Leicester yarn originating from Lancashire, Yorkshire, and Cumbria. The Bluefaced Leicester sheep, the finest among British breeds, are indigenous to North West England. The production process spans from field to fibre, all within a 150-mile radius.
The yarn remains undyed and blended, having been cleansed with only organic detergents and water.
